A week before Syawal, I went to Brighton for a conference organised by BAM. Though my field is in consumer behaviour, this conference covers all topics that come under Business & Management. I find the conference was 'OK', probably because papers presented were mainly for HR or management ppl (as expected) but i appreciate sessions for doctoral students and talking to other Phd candidate..(fiuh ...at least i know i'm not alone when things are not happening according to plan..) ...The conference held at Brighton Centre, facing the sea (nice view!). Unfortunately, I stayed a bit far from the Brighton Centre and just managed to go to the sea once during the conference ... Anyway, thanks to BAM for giving me sponsorship to attend and participate this conference..;) It's another great experience being a student in UK...
